The base of the quality work and the execution of the services of our clients lie in the supervision of the staff. To achieve this we have designed two types of inspection

• Scheduled Inspection by the superior field officers of covering the following main tasks.
• Following process is being maintained by the management:-
• On the job training of the security staff.
• Supervisor and inspection of the performance of the security staff.
• Customer contact report daily implementation of instruction given.
• Unscheduled Inspection by the management of the staff covering overall aspects.

Working Hour:-

Round the clock security arrangements are provided with the staff functioning on the work schedule of eight hours a day, six days a week.
